a message from our president.
We have all endured the implications associated with the global pandemic and yet I am inspired by the resolve that embodies how we continue to find new and better ways of doing business. This is especially true of the energy sector. Personally, I am excited about the opportunity and challenges that the future holds for the Energy Transition.
“Rick’s professional approach to the project resulted in a meaningful report delivered on time and to the satisfaction of all.”
— Mohamed Fathalla, Al-Daleel Energy Consultancy and Advisor to the Minister of Trade & Industry of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
“Mr. Westerdale was appointed as the team leader to conduct a study for the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) of the Kingdom of Bahrain through its national oil company, the Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco).
The title of the study was the "Gas Utilization Study (GUS)". Its purpose was to review the energy demand for the Kingdom over several decades and come up with viable recommendations to ensure the continuity of energy supply, in particular natural gas, to the Kingdom.
I found Mr. Westerdale to be very knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated individual. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Westerdale.”
The Energy Transition and focus on ESG are here to stay. The debate over our response to global warming is the most consequential public policy debate taking place today in the United States and around the world. The stakes are enormous. Energy sits at the nexus of economic development, national security, and environmental responsibility. This represents great opportunities and challenges for companies, but it must be managed thoughtfully to avoid unintended consequences.
